Oversmith and Wirta spark Dysarts to victory

In Hampden Saturday afternoon, Paxton Oversmith and Dan Wirta combined for six RBI's to help lead Dysart's to an 11-6 win over Kiwanis in a Hampden-Newburgh Little League Majors game. Oversmith was also the winning pitcher in the game.

Oversmith had a triple, two singles, and three RBI's, and Wirta added a double, single, and three RBI's to lead Dysarts. Patrick D'Armont and Jacob Forsman each chipped in with a single and two RBI's.

Austin Ivey and Brendan McIntyre each had a double to pace Kiwanis. Kyle Townsend had a singe and an RBI, and Nic Young and Vince Gilmore each added a single.
