Wednesday night at Ball Field Road, Edwards and Rivertown minor softball teams weathered the elements and it was Edwards who edged out Rivertown 11-10. Edwards improves to 5-1 on the season with the victory.
Courtney Dunton had a double and single for Edwards. Dakota Burns, Kierra Speed, and Nicole Quigley each had two singles.
Katelyn Lyons and Abby Lord each had three singles to lead Rivertown. Lily Salfi and Rachel Kocik each added two singles.
